Surgical Grand Rounds: “Update on Patient Safety in the Department of Surgery”

Please join us for Surgical Grand Rounds this Thursday at 7:30 a.m. in the Rosenstiel Medical Science Building, fourth-floor auditorium. Kenneth Stahl, M.D., assistant professor of surgery and director of patient safety in the Division of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, will present "Update on Patient Safety in the Department of Surgery." Upon completion of this lecture, participants will understand some of the mechanisms of error in patient care and learn how medical students and residents are studying error avoidance.
