Friday Noon Interdisciplinary Lecture Series: “Fragile X: A Family of Genetic Disorders”
Please bring your lunch and join us at noon this Friday at the Mailman Center for Child Development, eighth-floor auditorium for a lecture by Deborah Barbouth, M.D., assistant professor of clinical pediatric genetics and interim director of the Victor Center for Jewish Genetic Diseases. Dr. Barbouth will present "Fragile X: A Family of Genetic Disorders," in which she will discuss the major features of Fragile X Syndrome and Fragile X associated disorders, new insights in the pathophysiology and treatment of Fragile X and other related disorders, the different available resources, and the role of the South Florida Fragile X Clinic.
