The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences invites you to Psychiatry Grand Rounds this Friday, from noon to 1:15 p.m. at the Mailman Center for Child Development, eighth-floor auditorium. Vineeth John, M.D., assistant professor of clinical psychiatry and medical director of the Adult Outpatient Clinic, will present "Medical Errors Prevention, Part 2." Dr. John will provide definition and examples of medical errors, define various components of root cause analysis, and state various modalities for medical error reduction and prevention, leading to enhanced patient safety.

This required educational activity has been approved for 1.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for physicians, 1.25 continuing education units for psychologists and one continuing education unit to social workers.
