The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences cordially invites you to Psychiatry Grand Rounds this Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute's Retter Auditorium. Invited speaker Cora Lee Wetherington, Ph.D., women and gender research coordinator at the National Institute of Drug Abuse at the National Institutes of Health, will present "Gender Differences in Drug Abuse." At the conclusion of this lecture, participants will be able to describe the pitfalls of taking a unisex approach to drug abuse, explain gender differences in vulnerability to drug abuse and analyze gender differences in drug abuse treatment.

This educational activity has been approved for 1.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for physicians, 1.25 continuing education units for psychologists and one continuing education unit for social workers.
