UM Community Health Study of Latinos Education Session
As part of its 2010 Study of Latinos Education Series, the Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos at the University of Miami invites you to a continuing medical education event titled "Sleep Disordered Breathing."
Presented by Alberto R. Ramos, M.D., assistant professor of clinical neurology, the program is designed to provide clinicians with the most recent developments in the diagnosis and management of sleep disordered breathing. It will cover the latest advancements in the treatment of sleep disordered breathing and discuss the therapeutic and diagnostic challenges encountered in daily practice. A review and identification of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risks and consequences of sleep disordered breathing will also be included.
The event will take place this Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Smith and Wollensky Steakhouse, 1 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach. Registration will start at 8:30, followed by the CME session from 9 to 11 a.m. and lunch and networking from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Early registration is $55, which includes a continental breakfast, continuing medical education session and lunch (salad, entrée, dessert, coffee, service and tax).
