Smoke Free Ambassadors’ Lunch-and-Learn
The team behind the Smoke Free Campus Initiative wants you to get involved. On March 1, the Miller School campus went smoke free, taking a bold step toward a healthier lifestyle and improving the medical campus for all. Signs are up across campus and smoking cessation classes are in full swing, but we still need help spreading the word.
All UM faculty, staff and students are invited to find out more about becoming a smoke free ambassador at the Smoke Free Ambassadors' Lunch-and-Learn this Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. at University of Miami Hospital, Seminar Center. Participants can enjoy lunch, giveaways, handouts, activities and information about taking part in this campus-wide initiative.
To RSVP, please contact Paulette Richards at prichards@med.miami.edu.
