Israeli Health Care Reform Symposium
A symposium on health care reform will be held this Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lois Pope LIFE Center, seventh-floor auditorium. Tzaki Zinver, M.D., past president of the Israeli Medical Association - World Fellowship, and Zeev Feldman, M.D., president of the Israeli Medical Association - World Fellowship, will be speaking on "The Health Care System in Israel: Challenges in Coverage for All."
The Israeli Medical Association - World Fellowship is an international federation of organizations of health professionals, scientists and students dedicated to promoting academic, clinical and professional links among its members for enhancing solidarity with Israel and medical societies reflecting shared values.
Michael C. Lewis, M.D., professor of anesthesiology and assistant dean for international graduate medical education, is the president of the organization's new chapter in the United States.
