Epidemiology and Public Health Forum: “Preventing Disease: Is Inequality Making Us Sick?”
Join us for an Epidemiology and Public Health forum titled "Preventing Disease: Is Inequality Making Us Sick?" today (Tuesday) from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The dynamic evening will feature a discussion by Erin Kobetz, Ph.D., assistant professor of epidemiology and public health, the showing of "Unnatural Causes," part one of a video documentary, followed by a bilingual (English and Spanish) discussion led by Martha Gonzales, partnership manager for Coastal Cancer Information Service.
The event is also sponsored by the Miami-Dade Public Library System and will take place at the West Dade Regional Library, 9445 Coral Way, Miami.
