IBISResearch Grants and Sponsored Agreements System is LIVE!
It’s here! The Office of Research Administration and UM’s Information Technology are happy to announce that IBISResearch is now LIVE. Effective Monday, April 6 the new IBISResearch Grants and Sponsored Agreements system is up and running, and it is available to the University research community.
IBISResearch provides a single portal to submit and track the following items to the Office of Research Administration:
- Proposal or Grant Application
- Contract
- Sponsored Agreement
- Award Modification Request (Rebudget, No Cost Extension, PI Change, etc)
Getting Started
Current University employees have access to IBISResearch. Visit the new IBISResearch website, and Log In using your CaneID and Password.
Getting Help
User Guides, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Materials: Available on the IBISResearch website.
Virtual Drop-In Labs: Are available daily throughout the month of April. Learn more on how you can register for the Virtual Drop-In-Labs.
Educational Opportunities: April opportunities for PIs and administrators are available now. Visit ULearn to register for virtual educational offerings. Search using keyword IBIS.
Using InfoEd
IBISResearch is replacing InfoEd Proposal Development system. InfoEd will no longer be available for NIH application submissions after April 9. InfoEd will continue to be available for viewing or downloading previously submitted NIH applications over the coming months.
