Resource

The University of Miami’s Families First Program offers two evidence-based/best practice, relationship-focused parenting groups, one focused on parents with infants from birth to 6 months titled Baby and Me and one focused on parents with young children ages 1-3, The Incredible Years. Daytime and evening groups are offered on a weekly basis in English and Spanish to Miami-Dade County residents at various locations throughout the county. The services are free. Classes are currently offered through telehealth and began in August.
