Dear New and Transfer Students Spring 2024,
Immunization Submission Deadline: December 15, 2023
This is a reminder that you must submit your immunization records to us before you arrive on campus. Most students have received the required immunizations in the past, and can obtain immunization records from their medical provider, high school or prior university.
Please visit our website for additional information including immunization forms and instructions on uploading forms.
To submit your immunizations, you must first register your MyUHealthChart account. You should have received an activation code email from MyUHealthChart a few days ago. Please check your junk mail in case it went there.
If you did not receive an email or if you need further assistance with MyUHealthChart, please call the MyChart support line at (877) 448 -1773.
Insurance Waiver Deadline: January 10, 2023
Students (or their designee) who have their own health insurance plan and do not wish to enroll into the Student Health Insurance Plan must submit a waiver request via the Aetna student portal. To submit your waiver, please have your Student ID, date of birth, and current health insurance ID card ready.
Students will receive a waiver approval or denial via email 5 business days of their submission. You can find your Student ID by logging into Canelink for Student > My Profile > General Information
If your waiver is approved, the $2423.00 insurance charge will be removed from your account before the first tuition bill is generated December 11.
Please remember that waivers must be renewed each Fall semester.
