Adequate sleep is essential for academic success. Organize your study schedule to avoid last minute cramming, which can lead to late nights and disrupted sleep. You should strive for 6-8 hours of solid sleep each night.

Explore outdoor activities

Staying active by enjoying the outdoors is a great way to energize your workour, Whether it's hiking, swimming, or playing beach volleyball, find activites that you enjoy and make them a regular part of your routine.

Set realistic goals

Setting realistic goals is crucial for staying motivated and maintaing consistency. Begin with managable goals that you know you can achieve, and gradually challenge yourself as you progress. Celebrate your achievements along the way.
