Orange Umbrella, the University of Miami’s enterprising student-run ad agency, is participating in the highly anticipated return of the Doritos® “Crash the Super Bowl” contest. The winner will be announced on Monday, February 3 and will receive $1 million.
During the fall 2024 semester, Orange Umbrella spent weeks brainstorming, refining and fine-tuning their commercial spot. From ideation to execution, the initiative was a total agency collaboration effort and resulted in a significant milestone for the student-run ad agency.

The Palm Beach County Film and Television Commision Student Showcase of Films is the largest film competition and award show in Florida and has provided student filmmakers, writers, digital media, and graphic artists the experience of a lifetime, presenting over $4.5 million dollars in scholarships and awards during its history.
This year, in honor of celebrating the 30th anniversary, over $30,000 in cash prizes and scholarships will be awarded to students! The deadline for entries is February 5, 2025.
