Since CaneLink will lock sooner this term, we strongly recommend finalizing the information requested below before the access is turned off for editing on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. If any course evaluation changes are needed in CaneLink after this date, you will need to contact Course Scheduling at scheduling.rg@miami.edu. Please make sure to include form code, course, and section number in your email request.

Please verify that all your courses and instructors that require evaluation are listed accordingly using the query in CaneLink under the name of UM_RG_CRSE_EVAL_FER_SCHOOL.

Below, please find the timeline for the Fall 2023 semester:

• We will start the process of creating the Fall 2023 Faculty/Course Evaluations by school from November 13-November 30, 2023.
  
  
• Unless otherwise specified to our department, the evaluation period for students for the Fall 2023 semester will be from December 1-December 14, 2023.
  
  
• Unless otherwise specified to our department, results will be released to faculty/departments on December 21, 2023. (If there is a specific date you want the results to be released, please let us know. If not, we will use the defaulted date of December 21, 2023.)

* IMPORTANT: These dates are for the regular academic session "1." For all other sessions (EMA, IE1, LO1, LO2, MB1, MB2, MW1, MW2, UO1, and UO2), please send us your files with the corresponding dates. *

If you have sent files already, please disregard.

After all evaluations have been completed for the semester, there will be NO changes to the survey and/or dates. Therefore, please check and verify that all courses and instructors are listed before the deadline.

Please notify Professors that they will be receiving an email 2 or 3 days before the evaluations begins to verify their class roster so that they can notify us of any student not enrolled or not showing up to make any necessary changes.

Students can now be directed to use the link ce.miami.edu to access Faculty/Course Evaluations assigned to be completed.
