Thank You for Sharing Your Voice
In October, we wrapped up the 2025 Powered by You Faculty and Staff Survey, and we are excited to share that 86% of our workforce participated and submitted over 34,000 comments. Your feedback is helping shape a culture where everyone should be valued, and everyone should add value. In the coming months, organizational level results will be shared with all faculty and staff and posted on the Powered by You website. Team level results will be available to people leaders, who will receive an email when their results are ready to view on the Perceptyx platform and share with their teams, followed by action planning.
