Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences

Felicia Gallucci, MD

Dr. Felicia Gallucci is a board-certified psychiatrist and child and adolescent psychiatrist, and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the Carilion Clinic–Virginia Tech School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Jackson Health/University of Miami. Dr. Gallucci’s clinical and research interests center on expanding access to care for underserved populations, including individuals with eating disorders, perinatal women, youth in school-based settings, and children with special health care needs. In addition, she plays a key role in developing specialized training programs and outpatient services that utilize collaborative care models to increase access and quality of care. Clinically, Dr. Gallucci provides comprehensive treatment for children with developmental disabilities and co-occurring conditions. She works closely with patients and their caregivers, advocating for equitable, high-quality services for this population. Through her work with the Behavioral Health Hub, she provides comprehensive trainings and supports pediatricians in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions, including ensuring high-quality care for children with developmental disabilities. She continues to advance initiatives that broaden access to behavioral health care across clinical settings. Her work embodies the Mailman Center’s commitment to supporting children with special needs and empowering professionals to provide excellent, compassionate care.
