The mission of the Mailman Center for Child Development is carried out through interprofessional training, research, advocacy, clinical service, and community engagement. Each year we have approximately 100 trainees and provideservices for over 15,000 children. By carryingout more than50 active research projects, our faculty and trainees are advancing knowledge about intellectual and developmental disabilities at the basic, clinical, translational, community, and policy levels.
