The Office of Education, Training, & International Services (OETIS) is excited to announce applications are being accepted for the Foundations of Leadership Program, a Torrey Pines Leadership Development Program at Sanford Burnham Prebys! This year-long program, originally established in 2015, is designed specifically for postdocs and early career PhDs. The purpose of the program is to learn more about your leadership style and the styles of others towards understanding how you and your current/future teams can succeed. Major topics that will be discussed in the context of leadership include communication styles, conflict management, leadership strengths, influencing others, and negotiation.
