A financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in the business, I am privileged to support some of our profession's finest financial advisors as the President & CEO of Raymond James & Associates (RJA), the employee-advisor division of our private client group.

Before I had the opportunity to make an impact supporting and coaching our advisors, I was a financial advisor myself for 10 years in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2003, I continued my career with Raymond James by moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee to become a branch manager. Then in 2005, I moved to the home office in St. Petersburg, Florida, to take on a role the firm created for me as a divisional sales manager on the East Coast and in 2012, I was named President of RJA. I was promoted to my current role of President & CEO in 2018.

I still work as a financial advisor and serve a group of clients today. I love it, and truly believe that our profession is a noble one, caring for and protecting the financial lives and well-being of our clients. I have been told by many of our advisors that my own experience as an advisor has made me better able to understand them and support their needs.
