We're excited to spotlight a new AI-powered solution:
Meet the UM Parking Assistant!
Visit the UM Parking & Transportation site at pt.fop.miami.edu to engage with the AI Chat Bot. Simply click the "Ask Us" button on the bottom-right of the screen to get started.
This new Copilot-based agent helps provide faster, clearer answers to common parking questions—making it easier for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to navigate parking on the Coral Gables campus.
What it helps with:
- Parking locations and options
- Permit information
- General parking guidance and FAQs
This project is a great example of how campus partners are using AI responsibly to improve services and reduce friction for the UM community.
