CaneLink System Upgrade – Starting Sat., May 25 at 12:01 a.m. through Wed., May 29 at 8:30 a.m.
Please be advised that CaneLink system is being upgraded to the 9.2 version this coming Memorial Day holiday weekend. Here is what you need to know about this important upgrade:
CaneLink System Downtime
CaneLink will be unavailable starting Saturday, May 25 at 12:01 a.m. through Wednesday, May 29 at 8:30 a.m. If you have any pending processes to complete in CaneLink, please complete them by close of business on Friday, May 24.
Request for Service (RFS) Freeze
A RFS freeze remains in effect until Friday, May 31. Note: bundles and fixes to production issues will continue to be updated. This freeze on new requests is necessary to stabilize the consistency between the current and new CaneLink environment.
New User Interface
The upgraded system will display a modern, University-branded interface. While mobile users will observe virtually no difference, website users will appreciate the enhanced new look.
