Important Information Regarding Your Upcoming Travel Bookings

Dear University Traveler,

The University of Miami will transition the Travel Portal to a new contracted travel agency, World Travel Inc., on Friday, September 30, 2022. Our records indicate you have upcoming travel reservations with the current Travel Portal agency, Travel Inc.

Please be advised that the University of Miami Travel Portal (miami.edu/travelportal) will be unavailable starting Tuesday, September 27 through Thursday, September 29.

What you need to know:

• To prepare for your upcoming travel, we encourage you to download your e-itinerary by Monday, September 26.
  
  
• Travel Inc. will support travel reservations made by University of Miami travelers prior to September 30, 2022. To that end, those who have booked upcoming travel with Travel Inc. will need to contact Travel Inc. for any modifications, e.g., itinerary changes, cancellations, etc., as World Travel will not have access to these reservations.
