American Airlines Extends Unused Tickets Expiration

American Airlines is pleased to extend the expiration date for qualifying, unused business tickets purchased on the University of Miami Travel Portal. Full details below.

Corporate COVID-19 Airline Tickets Extension Waiver Details:

• Unused tickets that qualify for this extension must have been issued between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021.
• Original tickets must have been purchased on the University of Miami Travel Portal (through the self-booking tool or via agent support).
• Certain basic economy tickets may not be eligible.
• Tickets meeting criteria must be exchanged and travel completed by December 31, 2022.
