Parking Updates for Homecoming Events

In support of numerous Homecoming events occurring at the Coral Gables campus, please be aware of the following roadway closures/interruptions and parking enforcement starting Friday, October 27, through Sunday, October 29.

There will be increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic during this time; please exercise caution while navigating campus.

Roadway Interruption and Stanford Shuttle 

Friday, October 27:

• Metered spaces along Stanford Drive will be unavailable the entire day.
• Stanford Drive: Full closure from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (red outline on map).
• Stanford Shuttle stop relocated at 2 p.m. (indicated on map).

Saturday, October 28:

• Stanford Drive: Full closure for UBus operations.
• Metered spaces along Stanford Drive will be unavailable the entire day.
• The entrance and exit of parking lots 304 and 310 will be temporarily closed on Stanford Drive. In addition, lot 303 will be closed.
• Access to the white lots will be available by entering the teal zones from Ponce de Leon Blvd, north of Stanford Drive.
• Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pick-up and drop-off will be located at Pavia garage, on Levante Ave.
• Parking & Transportation staff will be on-site to assist with navigating the area.

Parking Enforcement

• On Friday, October 27, parking restrictions will be lifted in all color parking zones, except purple zone which will be enforced from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Parking restrictions and full enforcement will be reinstated on Monday, October 30.
