Earlier this year, faculty and staff participated in the 2024 Pulse Survey, a key component in measuring the Powered by You comprehensive engagement program. The goal of this survey was to track progress on priorities and evaluate the impact of actions taken in response to the 2023 survey. Key focus areas included engagement, reward and recognition, belonging, clarity of direction, and senior leadership behaviors.

With an 80% response rate—up 6% from 2023—the survey results show a rise in the overall engagement index from 80% to 83.3%. Faculty and staff feedback continues to shape initiatives as leaders review results and trends to adjust or sustain action plans accordingly.
