Register now for reformer Pilates sessions from April and June
The next reformer pilates session at the UHealth Fitness and Wellness Center is now open for registration. Reformer pilates is a low-impact exercise method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body toning utilizing Reformer equipment. Beginners are welcome.
