In our last message on the Hybrid Work Pilot, we advised you that any changes to the January 3rd start date for returning staff to campus would be communicated as quickly as possible.
Consistent with President Frenk’s video message released today, the start of the Hybrid Work Pilot for the Gables/Marine campuses is postponed until the week of January 31, 2022, provided there are no unforeseen events.
As a manager, please ensure that any staff members in your department who are affected by this change are advised of their new return to campus date. A separate message will be sent directly to employees who are scheduled to return on a hybrid basis, but given the holidays, you might also want to reach out directly to them.
The provisions of the Remote Work policy will also be postponed and aligned with the implementation of the Hybrid Work Pilot.
