A New and Improved Hiring System is Coming Soon to the U
I am pleased to announce that the University of Miami will be implementing a new recruitment system for staff before the end of this year.
Workday Recruiting is an online recruitment system built to help you find, share, engage, and select the best internal and external candidates for your team. With this new system, you'll experience a streamlined recruitment and hiring process that will reduce hiring time, and improve efficiency, consistency, and process tracking.
The Workday Recruiting system was implemented for faculty in December. Since that launch, we have learned what works well and what needs to be changed, and we continue to seek feedback on ways to improve the system. To continue to test the system before we launch, several units across the University will volunteer in a pilot starting at the end of this month. (Pilot participants have been notified). Feedback from this pilot will be used to improve the system before we launch.
