Many phones and social media platforms allow you to limit your time on social media apps by locking you out once you reach your daily limit.
- Curate Your Social Media: Follow accounts that inspire and uplift you. Remember, it's okay to mute or unfollow sources that drain your energy or spark negative comparisons.
- Cultivate Mindfulness: Practice being present. Mindfulness techniques can help you focus on the now, improving your mood and reducing anxiety.
- Reflect on Your Happiness: Ask yourself, "Am I happy with this version of myself?" Consider what brings you genuine joy and make those things a priority in your life.
