Whether you are a caregiver in your professional and/or personal life, it is essential to make wise choices over which behaviors to engage in to avoid feeling distressed and overwhelmed. This activity has participants consider four life domains: physical, psychological, relationships, and work.
First identify actions (that you currently engage in) which assist you in managing caregiver stress. Secondly, identify activities that add to your sense of feeling stressed or overwhelmed. And, lastly, take note of ideas for changes you might want to make to take better care of yourself as a caregiver this Fall.
