MAIL AND PACKAGES

As of March 25, 2020, the residential areas will no longer receive mail and packages until further notice.

Food Deliveries: Couriers will not be permitted to enter the building and students should retrieve these orders outside. Students are strongly encouraged to practice protective measures, including social distancing, when interacting with these couriers.

Packages: you must make arrangements to have packages delivered to The UPS Store located across the street from the University. You must contact the store directly (store2232@theupsstore.com or 305-667-2181) to let them know you will be receiving a package. A $10 per package fee will be charged by The UPS Store, and the package can be held for up to 7 days.

After contacting them, the following mailing address will need to be used:

ATTN: HOLD FOR UM STUDENT
[Student Name]
1172 S Dixie Hwy
Coral Gables, Florida 33146

Paper Mail: all campus mail will be routed to the Hibiscus Carrier Annex Post Office (Phone: 305-529-4538) for students to pick up their mail. Students should still address mail to their on-campus address, but mail must be picked up from the Hibiscus Carrier Annex Post Office located at 3500 S Dixie Hwy, Coral Gables, Florida 33146. Per USPS policy, students will have 10 days to pick up their mail from this location before it is returned to the sender.

If you have questions about mail or packages in transit, please contact the courier directly. If you have questions about mail or packages that were already delivered to your residential area, please contact housing@miami.edu.
