We are now at the halfway point of our TeamUM 2017 United Way campaign. We hope to raise $1 million this year, and we need your support to meet our goal.

There is still time to make your pledge. 

You can assign your United Way contribution in one of three ways:

• Unrestricted to United Way – directing it to education, health, or financial stability
• Designate it to a University of Miami fund
• Designate it to a specific not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization

If you should choose to make a portion of your contribution unrestricted, know that those funds have the greatest return on your investment, as United Way of Miami-Dade can turn every $1 in unrestricted donations into an average of $2.16 worth of help for our community.

To make your donation, you can simply log on to Workday and click on the “GIVE” worklet on the home page and then select United Way.

November 16, 2017: UMPD Bike Sale
University of Miami Police will host a bike sale Thursday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first floor of the Pavia Garage. All proceeds will benefit the TeamUM United Way campaign. For more information, email Alexandra Martinez, aam307@miami.edu.  

February 3, 2018: Florida Panthers vs. Detroit Red Wings
Employees who have pledged a minimum of $25 to the TeamUM 2017 campaign are eligible for tickets. Ticket distribution information will be announced at a future date.
