JAY WEISS: IN MEMORIAM
The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center has lost one of its best friends with the passing of Mr. Jay Weiss on Jan. 31. For those who may not have had the privilege of knowing him personally, Jay Weiss was a longtime champion of UM/JMH and the less fortunate of this community, our Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and many other aspects of the School Medicine. He was simply one of our greatest and most caring friends

In memory of all the many generous things he has done for us and the greater Miami community, there will be a brief moment of remembrance at 10:30 today, February 3. We ask each of you to please pause in your duties at 10:30 this morning for 76 seconds, one for each year of Mr. Weiss’ life, to honor the memory of this extraordinary man.
