FEATURES OB/GYN FACULTY MEMBER

Mary Jo O’Sullivan, M.D., will appear this Thursday, July 31, on WPBT Channel 2 in South Florida. Dr. O’Sullivan discusses her work with the Women’s Health Initiative in a segment on hormone replacement therapy on the program New Florida at 8 p.m. The half hour broadcast will be repeated Saturday at 6 p.m., Sunday at 5 p.m., and Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in Miami, in addition to airing on PBS stations across Florida.

IS THAT COMMENT CONSTRUCTIVE OR CRITICAL?
Is there a difference between feedback and criticism? Come and participate in a seminar that focuses on understanding the difference between the two, on August 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the fifth floor conference room of the McKnight Vision Research Building. We receive feedback and criticism from multiple sources including co-workers, supervisors, and loved ones. Although it can be difficult to digest the feedback we get from others, this seminar can help you learn how to put it to positive use. Register online at http://www.miami.edu/development-training (click on Register Here! in the left column) or call 305-284-5110.
