The Anxiety Disorders Association of America is announcing a call for papers beginning this week in advance of its national conference in Miami this spring. IS THAT COMMENT CONSTRUCTIVE OR CRITICAL?
Is there a difference between feedback and criticism? Come and participate in a seminar that focuses on understanding the difference between the two this Friday, August 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the fifth floor conference room of the McKnight Vision Research Building. We receive feedback and criticism from multiple sources including co-workers, supervisors, and loved ones. Although it can be difficult to digest the feedback we get from others, this seminar can help you learn how to put it to positive use. Register online at http://www.miami.edu/development-training (click on Register Here! in the left column) or call 305-284-5110.
